The referral process at EFS is generally complete within 24-72 hours of receiving the referral. Referral for service can be made by parents and community service agencies, school system, social services, J&D court system, churches and other sources that deal with children that are at-risk. For prompt attention please contact EFS prior to submitting referral form. Select and print the form that is needed. Upon completion, mail referral to EFS or email it to info@emmanuelfamilyservices.com.
